What To Expect Working With Me
The experience of each person is unique. It is my goal to create a space of openness so that each client can explore their inner world in a way that is authentic to them. I use a trauma informed, culturally sensitive, and attachment based lens to support individuals with increasing self-understanding while exploring ways to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that requires participation and commitment from the person receiving counseling. As we collaborate together to address your concerns, you will notice an increase in self-awareness as well as what tools work best for you that will help you to improve your relationship with yourself, relationships that are important to you, and overall well-being.
