Individual Counseling
I provide counseling for individuals who are experiencing challenges that may be impacting their mental health. I work with adolescents as well as adults of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and LGTBQ+ communities. The fee for Individual Counseling is $185.
Counseling for Adoptees and/or Adoptive Families
Whether your adoption experience is international, domestic, transracial, or same-race, there are unique experiences within the adoption community. Adoption can impact our relationships with others as well as with ourselves. All forms of adoption start with the loss of the first family. I can support you as you navigate and process experiences that are unique to adoption, whether you are a teenager, an adult, or a family looking to improve your relationship with each other. The fee for individuals is $185 and families is $200.
Parenting Support
Are you struggling with finding a balance between a nurturing relationship and maintaining healthy boundaries with your child? Do you and your partner have different ideas of how to raise your child(ren)? Did you feel confident with one developmental stage, but this new stage feels like unfamiliar territory? Raising children takes a village and I can support you as you navigate the challenges of parenting. The fee for individuals is $185 and $200 for couples.
